Overview
HBS Rooftop Support With Threaded Rod Extension & 14 gauge channel 13/16" H-164 in Pre-Galvanized SteelH-Block Standard CE Extension Series is perfect for supporting natural gas and refrigeration piping systems, cable tray, electrical conduit, multiple lines, HVAC equipment and many other applications. The HBS-CE-Extension is UV resistant and suitable for installation on most types of roofing material or other flat surfaces. All rooftop support systems come pre-assembled for easy installation.
- Uniform Load Capacity (single standard block): 2,500 pounds
- Compatibility: Compatible with most rooftop materials or other flat surfaces.
- Bases: 100% recycled rubber
- Strut Channel: H-132 1-5/8" W x 1-5/8" T or H-164 1-5/8" W x 13/16" T pre-galvanized steel in accordance with ASTM A653 SS Grade 33, G90
- End Caps: high visibility ANSI Z535.1 safety orange
H-Block Rooftop Supports have been tested by an accredited independent laboratory to meet the following:
- Compression/Deflection: ASTM D575 Modified
- Ozone Resistance: ASTM D1171 Modified
- Freeze/Thaw Environmental Simulation: load tested after 3 cycles to -40°C
