HBS-DSFW Rooftop Support With 12 Gauge Channel and Fixed Width and Adjustable Height Duct Support

The H-Block DSFW series is designed specifically for supporting ductwork with an adjustable height to meet project needs. This product has a fixed cross beam available in different sizes to support ducts up to 48" in width. Ducts can be attached to the strut frame using sheet metal screws, brackets or straps. The bases are made from recycled rubber and are suitable for installation on most types of roofing materials. All hardware required for assembly is included. H-Block Standard DSFW comes with four bases, cross beams and 12-gauge channel 1-5/8" H-132-OS.

• Compatibility: Compatible with most rooftop materials or other flat surfaces
• Bases: 100% recycled rubber
• Strut Channel: H-132 1-5/8" W x 1-5/8" T pre-galvanized steel in accordance with ASTM A653 SS Grade 33, G90
• End Caps: high visibility ANSI Z535.1 safety orange

H-Block Rooftop Supports have been tested by an accredited independent laboratory to meet the following:

• Compression/Deflection: ASTM D575 Modified
• Ozone Resistance: ASTM D1171 Modified
• Freeze/Thaw Environmental Simulation: load tested after 3 cycles to -40°C
