HBM Rooftop Support With 12 Gauge Channel 1-5/8" H-132 and Threaded Rod in Pre-Galvanized Steel

The H-Block Mini is designed specifically for supporting single piping. Available with 1-5/8” H-132 pre-galvanized channel and 3/8” threaded rod, the H-Block mini base is USA made, UV resistant and manufactured utilizing 100% recycled rubber. It has no roof penetration, is suitable for installation on most types of roofing material or other flat surfaces and comes pre-assembled.

• Uniform Load Capacity (single standard block): 400 pounds
• Bases: 100% recycled rubber
• Strut Channel: H-132 1-5/8" W x 1-5/8" T pre-galvanized steel in accordance with ASTM A653 SS Grade 33, G90
• End caps and/or paint: high visibility ANSI Z535.1 safety orange

H-Block Rooftop Supports have been tested by an accredited independent laboratory to meet the following:

• Compression/deflection: ASTM D575 Modified
• Ozone resistance: ASTM D1171 Modified
• Freeze/thaw environmental simulation: load tested after 3 cycles to -40°C
